Shipping
Dispatch
Everything we sell is already in our hands — we are not a dropshipping store, so nothing waits on a supplier. Orders confirmed before 2:00 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, go out the next working day. Payment is confirmed before dispatch, unless you have chosen to pay cash on delivery.
Delivery areas, charges and times
Delivery is priced by area. You see the exact charge and the estimated time at checkout before you pay, and it is repeated on your order confirmation. The times below are working days and run from dispatch.

Receiving your order
Our rider or the courier calls the number you gave at checkout. Please check equipment while they are still with you and tell us straight away about any visible damage — a receipt is issued on delivery. If nobody is there to receive it, we try once more at no extra charge; a third attempt is charged at the normal rate for your area.
Delays
The times we quote are estimates and exclude things outside our control — courier disruption, weather, public holidays. If your order is going to be late we text you with a new date, and if that date does not suit you, you can cancel for a full refund.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched — call or WhatsApp 055 182 8646, or simply reply to the order text. If you have already paid, the full amount comes back to you, delivery charge included.
Returns
You may return an item within seven (7) days of delivery if it is faulty, was damaged in transit, or is materially different from what you ordered. It needs to come back complete, with its accessories and packaging. In these cases we arrange collection and we pay for it.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, anything that enters the mouth or touches skin directly cannot be returned once the seal is broken or it has been used. That includes teeth-whitening kits and gels, tooth gem kits, dental brackets, orthodontic brushes and arch wires. This does not affect your rights if such an item arrives faulty or incorrectly sealed — tell us and we will replace or refund it.
Changed your mind after dispatch? If the goods come back unused and unopened we refund the price of the goods; the original delivery charge is not refunded in that case.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued within five (5) working days of the item reaching us, or of an agreed cancellation.
- Refunds go back to the way you paid. Card and Mobile Money payments are refunded through Paystack to the same card or wallet; cash orders are refunded by Mobile Money to the number on the order.
- Where an item was faulty, damaged or incorrect, we refund the delivery charge as well as the price of the goods.
- We text you when the refund is sent. Your bank or wallet provider may take a little longer to show it.
Warranty on equipment
Salon equipment — beds, lights, trolleys and chairs — carries a three-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting the day it is delivered. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or ordinary wear and tear.
Making a claim
Call or WhatsApp 055 182 8646, or email rizzpassion10@gmail.com, quoting the order number from your confirmation text. Every claim is acknowledged within one working day. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under Ghanaian consumer law.
